Who can use Anana

• You must be 18 or older and pass our age check (a selfie, and an ID if we ask for one) before you can see anything in the app.
• One account per person, or one shared account for a couple, with both partners verified. A face that is already on an Anana account, or that belongs to a banned member, can't open another one.
• You can't use Anana if your account was banned before.

Ananas (gatherings)

• Hosts decide who comes and set their own house rules. Requesting a spot doesn't guarantee one.
• The exact address is shared only with approved guests and is deleted after the Anana. If the host meets guests first, it's shared only after you've met in person and confirmed it with Meet. Never share it.
• Entry fees, if a host charges one, are paid to the host in person and never through Anana. Anana isn't part of that arrangement.
• You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own conduct and choices.

Your content

• You keep ownership of what you share: photos, profile text and messages. You give Anana permission to store and show it to the members you choose, only to run the app.
• Share only photos of yourself, or of others who agreed. Public photos can't show nudity.
• Profiles and descriptions must follow our text rules and Community Guidelines. We may remove content and limit, freeze or ban accounts that break them.

Credits and purchases

• Memberships, extra credits and Host Pro are bought through Apple. Apple handles payment, renewals, cancellations and refunds under its own terms.
• Request credits are used only to request a spot at an Anana. A credit comes back if the host says no or doesn't answer in time. Messages and invites never use credits.
• Members message each other only inside an Anana: its group chat, and the private chat between the host and each member who asks to join or is invited.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.

Safety and enforcement

• Report anything that worries you. Real people review every report.
• We may freeze or ban accounts, cancel Ananas and remove content to keep members safe. We report content involving minors to the authorities as the law requires.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time: Profile › Settings › Delete account. See how. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an Apple subscription; cancel that in your Apple Account settings.
